Beyond that, fees vary from case to case, and will depend upon the complexity and nature of the criminal charges that you are faced with. We do not usually charge on a per hour schedule. Often we can quote an exact dollar amount in advance so that you are fully aware of the cost at the outset. At the very least we can quote a fee within a range. In either case, there will be no hidden costs or additional expenses charged to you. Your legal fees will cover ALL aspects of Moore Law Practice's involvement in your file, including: all Court appearances, secretarial work, legal research, preparation, photocopying, letters, postage, correspondence, and personal meetings. If you are not in a financial position to pay the fees at the outset, a mutually agreeable payment plan can probably be arranged. If you are eligible for Legal Aid then we can help you apply.
